The Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) is a statutory body established under the Accountants Act, 2008 for the regulation of the profession of accountancy in Kenya.
The Institute is seeking to recruit top notch quality candidates to fill the following positions:
Training and Development Officers
2 Positions
Reporting to the Assistant Manager Training and Development the officers shall assist the department in the implementation of the Continuing Professional Development Calendar, in-house trainings and other events for ICPAK members.
Academic and Professional Qualifications
- Possess a first degree preferably in Accountancy or Finance from a recognized university
- CPA (K) is an added advantage
Experience
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in Accounting, Public Finance or Training
- Must be able to demonstrate good planning, organizing, and coordinating skills
- Must be computer literate and well conversant with current developments in ICT
- Very good interpersonal, communication and report writing skills
- The ability to work effectively under time pressure and constraints without close supervision
