Job Description:

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Planning for program implementation and technical support for staff skill development

Follow-up final selection of model farmers CUM agricultural workers and general farmers
Prepare the business plan and ensure the marketing of the improved agro-inputs considering local cropping patterns

Regularly visit the Branch office as well as farmers’ fields and advise them on good agricultural practices and technical assistance

Coordination with the local Government ,non governmental organistations and other development partners within the located areas

Qualifications/Requirements

Must possess a BSC.in Agriculture
3-4 years’ management experience in Agriculture Extension work

Strong multi-discipline management skills including interpersonal and organizational skills

Good working knowledge of personal computers and related business software such as work,Ms Office access
