Job Vacancy: Influencer
The Company: Anavara is a customer centric Health and Wellness facilitation company with global operation and local footprint in Kenya.
We are passionate about providing the best platform for connecting our customers to the hospital and doctor to ensure affordable and quality healthcare is within the reach of our clients.
We currently work in several global locations, and our Kenyan branch caters for all inquiries in East Africa.
Our treatment centers are in Kenya, India, Turkey, Thailand, Hungary, Romania, Germany, Austria, Switzerland.
We focus on 4 main aspects in the delivery of our services – Information, Transparency, Communication and Experience.
We are now increasing our footprints in East Africa by having a base in Kenya and actively seeking to recruit influencers throughout the region.
The Role
- Developing new business opportunities
- Referring all contracts to Kenya or Anavara HQ for signing with hospitals and referrers
- All local logistical requirements on behalf of Anavara
- Refer clients to Anavara seeking medical care
- Ensuring high levels of customer service
- Follow up with interested clients
- Be comfortable with working with a lucrative commission structure, as this is an independent role targeting individuals and organization who want to make an extra income.
- Be comfortable being your own boss and managing the working hours as this is an independent role.
- Meet set targets
Knowledge / Experience Requirements
- Be in an influential position where people trust and value your advice on health matters
- Have the ability to interpret and communicate information clearly
- Experience in Microsoft Office suite packages
- Relationship building skills at all levels
- Strong negotiation and facilitation experience with problem solving ability
- Ability to identify and understand business opportunities and build long term relationships with potential leads
- Should be fluent in English and at least 1 local language
