Head of Brand Administration Job at SBM Bank

The holder will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer on issues concerning Human Resource Policy and Strategy; and will be directly responsible for all employee HR matters. The holder will support and sustain a culture of SBM Bank Kenya in HR matters and support related training initiatives.
Responsibilities for the Head of Brand Administration Job
- Participate in the development of the Bank’s plans and programs as a strategic partner but particularly from the perspective of the impact.
- Translate the strategic and tactical business plans into HR strategic and operational plans.
- Evaluate and advice on the impact of long term planningof new programs/strategies and regulatory action as those items impact the attraction, motivation, development and retention of sta.
- Develop staffing strategies and implementation plans and programs to identify talent within and outside the Bank for positions of responsibility. Identify appropriate and eective externalsourcesfor candidatesfor all levels within the Bank.
- Develop progressive and proactive compensation and benets programs to provide motivation, incentivesand rewardsfor eective performance and to provide programs which utilize an employee and company partnership for the short and long-term health and welfare protection of the employees.
- Implement an eective Performance Management System that is eective and aligned to the Bank’s operating strategy in line with the Group’s performance standards.
- Oversee the HR Information system, includingmaintenance of up to-date records of all Bank Sta in such areas as contracts, sta data, medical records, Training, etc.
- Oversee all aspects of Administration within the Bank.
Qualifications for the Head of Brand Administration Job
- Be in possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent. A Masters degree
(MA) in HR or Business Management would be an added advantage - Have10 years relevant experience, ve of which must be in a management role.
- Be in possession of a Diploma in Human Resources and be a member of IHRM
- Have very good technical knowledge of Kenya’s Labour Laws
- Practical experience in handling Industrial Relations and ability to resolve any challengesthat are industrialin nature.
