An eCommerce start up that is just setting up business in the region seeks to recruit for the following position:
Position: Sales and Marketing Director

Location: Nairobi
Job Purpose: The Sales and Marketing Director will be responsible for managing Sales and Marketing within a new eCommerce start-up with direct reference to the CEO.
The right candidate could potentially be General Manager including heading Sales and Marketing.
Position Description
- Define Sales and Marketing strategy
- Hire and manage sales people
- Manage agent-channel and sign-up agents
- Pricing strategy
- Develop marketing material and social media channels
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years Sales and Marketing experience
- Highly experienced in social media
- Experience from the dry hair industry (Extensions, Wigs, and Weaves)
- Can be available on evenings and weekends if needed
- Feel excited about working with an ambitious international team with the goal of developing the most successful eCommerce business in East Africa
