Lean Solutions Group is a consultancy firm in Kenya dealing in energy management.
It seeks to fill the following position to be posted in Nairobi.
Position: Field Sales Representatives – Solar
Main Responsibilities
- To work closely with SACCOs, Micro Finance Institutions and banks’ field officers.
- To identify women groups, youth groups and other societies with the aim of closing sales with them.
- To keep and maintain a stock sheet of distributors within their localities.
- To train re-sellers and end users on operation of solar products.
- To forecast sales accurately within their locality.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Sales and Marketing.
- Candidates who have had a previous exposure in solar sales will have an added advantage.
- Willing to travel extensively within their localities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of the area local language is preferred.
- Can work under minimum supervision
- Responsible personality
