Job purpose: Eco Safi is looking for sales and marketing representative based in Nairobi to generate new business and act as a contact between the enterprise, its existing and potential clients.
Duties and responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Establishing personal networks and benchmarking best practices.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications
- At least a minimum of O level or its equivalent.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Swahili.
- Good Negotiation, Prospecting, Presentation Skills.
- Able to work independently, develop sales plans and maintain client relationships.
- Excellence, Motivation for Sales, Creativity, result-oriented and good leadership skills.
- At least 1 year experience in sales and marketing.
- Knowledge of Nairobi and its environs is preferred.
