We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative and fully qualified chef to assist in running our large and busy restaurant kitchen. with an emphasis on fabulous, fresh African dishes caught in the local area.
It is an award-winning restaurant that often caters for a variety of events including weddings and corporate functions.
The successful applicant will have previous experience:
- Managing a busy kitchen
- Setting menus and food pricing
- Ordering and monitoring supplies
- Rostering staff
Attention to detail is a must, as is demonstrated culinary expertise.
We want someone with creativity and passion to help us produce innovative dishes and enhance the overall dining experience for our customers.
Salary will be KES 15,000/-
NB: Previous experience in a busy kitchen will be an added advantage.
