About the role:
We are looking for a Graphic / Photo Editor – someone with the vision and skills to keep us at the forefront of marketing. A digital photo retoucher to work on-site with the digital image team.
This position may include a range of editing including removing unwanted objects or obstructions in certain types of images.
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, handle the delivery of photography projects from beginning to end, and ensure all deadlines are met.
Must be able to coordinate and keep track of all projects and make sure work and proofs are turned in on time.
Must be organized and meticulous and able to keep a detailed retouching calendar.
Be involved with setting the visual identity across a multitude of platforms ensuring we stay fresh, powerful & bold to keep is relevant in an ever changing market.
You share our obsession with always trying to push the boundaries visually.
Whilst your brain ticks mostly from the right side, you’re organized enough to manage a busy and varied workflow and deliver on time.
Required experience:

You will need to be an experienced Graphic /Photo Editor who can demonstrate:
- A strong portfolio demonstrating flexibility and a range of skills both print and online
- Excellent presentation and communications skills
- Advanced working knowledge using the Adobe Creative Suite especially Photoshop
Candidates need to show evidence of the following:
- Passion, enthusiasm, and creative flair;
- A flexible approach when working in a team;
- Patience;
- Excellent communication skills in order to interpret and negotiate briefs
- Time management skills and the ability to cope with several projects at a time;
- Accuracy and attention to detail;
- Being open to feedback and willing to make changes to your designs;

Requirements:
- 2 + years experience working as a retoucher.
- Experience in Digital Asset Management.
- Candidates required to show portfolio of before/after images.
- Candidates my be required to participate in a photo retouching skills evaluation.
- Experience working in studio photography as a Photographer Assistant is an added advantage
