Visa Application Centre Supervisor – Kenya
A worldwide leader in customer experience management and call centre business process with operations across all business sectors and all continents is looking for VAC Supervisor to work in their Visa Application Centre in Nairobi.
Key responsibilities
- Handle day-today Visa Application in compliance with the company procedures
- Supervising VAC Agents in VAC operations
- Tracking Agents performance and enhance key service to ensure first-class customer service
Required
- Working experience in a public sector or with the government
- Experience working in an international organization
- Excellent management skills
- Experience working in fast-paced and highly pressured environment
- Must have Bachelors degree in business or related discipline
- Excellent written and spoken English
Monthly gross salary: Competitive remuneration depending on experience
