Visa Application Centre Manager – Kenya
A worldwide leader in customer experience management and call centre business process with operations across all business sectors and all continents is looking for VAC Manager to work in their Visa Application Centre in Nairobi.
Key responsibilities
- Responsible for the day-today operation and ongoing development of Visa Application Centre
- Provide strategic management through new business development
- Financial and budget accountability
Required
- Must have Bachelors degree or Masters degree
- Must have working experience in a Visa application centre
- Experience working in an international organization
- Excellent management skills
- Experience working in fast-paced and highly pressured environment
- Excellent written and spoken English
Monthly gross salary: Competitive remuneration depending on experience
