Green Hills Academy, located in Kigali, the capital city, is Rwanda’s Premier School with an enrolment of 1500 students.
This is a call to interested candidates to apply for teaching positions for the subjects indicated below in August 2014 for the school year 2014/2015
Special Education Coordinator: A degree in Special Education is required. Experience in Special Needs is an asset. Our Department of Special Education has one teacher and 15 Teaching Assistants who are in charge of about 30 students. The Special Education Coordinator is responsible for providing leadership to this team and in setting work schedules and programs.
Secondary
English: Teachers with a degree in Literature are required
Chemistry: Teachers with a degree in Chemistry are required
Other positions which may be available: Math, Biology and Physics
Experience in teaching the above subjects at IB Diploma and Cambridge IGSE levels will be a definite asset.
Consideration will be given to candidate with equivalent experience with their national curricula.
Primary: Teaching positions will be available.
