Job Description

Duties:

• Maintaining good guard force in his/her Branch
• Driving the Marketing strategy for the Security Company into the Market
• Developing effective partnerships and networks with government officers
• Client liaison and developing long lasting relationships
• Developing good Security Business Intelligence
• Enforcing compliance of SOPs by Staff as per Good standards.
• Ensuring Total Quality Performance by staff by carrying out performance evaluation for clients and correcting loopholes.

Job Requirements:

• A degree or diploma in business related Course
• Security Experience of not less than 4 years in a similar role
• Excellent Communication and Customer Care skills
• Good Sales and Marketing Skills
• Ability to use Computer software packages
