Three Farmers Investments LTD, a company empowering for better farming of cocoa located in Bundibugyo District, Bundibugyo Town Council. Announces to the public a vacancy in the operations department, of a competent Operations Officer.
To supervise, monitor activities like hand-picking, weights; both in and out, moisture, allocation of casuals to ensure proper and timely handling of accountabilities of cocoa purchased.
• Oversee all operations at the factory level
• Receive all cocoa from all sub-county stores
• Make sure physical and administrative separation of UTZ and conventional cocoa is followed
• Allocating trucks to the different stores in the field
• Allocating key responsibilities to casual’s
• To provide supervision to the staff
• Verifying hand picking records
• Compiling casual wages and facilitating payments on a two weeks basis
• Receiving reports from subordinate sections and making schedules
• Attending to visitors and other administrative activities
• Maintain and supervise company hygiene at all levels
