We strive to provide trade and consumer communication solutions through merchandising and brand activations to the FMCG sector .
The Job
Topline Marketing Ltd is presenting exciting growth oriented opportunities available for young energetic and talented Project Leaders to help us steer our existing account in Nairobi.
The Project leaders will be responsible for managing teams of merchandisers, providing focus and ensuring good quality leads are generated.
As a project leader you will be responsible for comparing sales data for products in your account, you will handle and make recommendations to the client and Topline Management regarding possible solutions if sales are low.
Your job will also involve modifying displays, moving to different locations within the store, monitoring price adjustments and discounts, promotions etc.
You will also be responsible for keeping track of inventory and submitting order requests to the relevant department.
Requirements
- You will need a consultative sales/marketing background alongside the following requirements;
- Bachelors’ degree in Sales and Marketing management, Logistics, Business Management or its equivalent.
- At least 2 years experience working in a busy Marketing organization with evidence of experience in effectively managing a team
- Ability to coach, develop, and train merchandisers
- Demonstrable understanding of the sales and marketing environment especially in marketing agencies
- Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Personable and comfortable liaising at different client levels with flexibility in working in diverse regions
- Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines with meticulous attention to detail
- Organizational Skills with ability to handle multiple orders, people and many moving pieces encountered on a daily basis.
- Problem-Solving Skills to be ready when problems arise, or be ready to anticipate problems before they happen.
