The Real IPM Company (K) Ltd is a leading Bio – Control Company based in Kenya and is involved in the production of high quality microorganisms that are used as Biopesticides.
Real IPM delivers cost effective, crop protection solutions, which significantly reduce chemical inputs and increase the yield and quality of fruit, flowers and vegetables.
The company is seeking to strengthen its quality control team with the appointment of a Quality Control Manager for Biopesticides.
Quality Control Manager – Microbiology
This is a middle Management Position based in Kichozi Farm, Thika.
Job Purpose: To supervise and be responsible for the implementation of quality control of a range of microbiological organisms.
Education Qualification & Experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree specialised in microbiology
- Minimum of 5 years in microbiology quality control in a commercial environment
- Knowledge of ISO laboratory standards or equivalent systems
- The ability to work to strict deadlines
- A background in the food processing/water quality industry an advantage.
Special Job Skills:
- An excellent communicator in English, and a strong team member
- An ability to lead and motivate staff.
