• 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, 5 days a week, Mondays – Friday
• 8:00 am to 1:00 pm, Saturday

Qualifications Requirements

• Possess relevant experience at least 3 years in a similar capacity
• Evidence of technical training in relevant technical field
• Should have good knowledge of maintenance of standard plumbing/ Mechanical systems
• Must have reasonable verbal skills in English
• Good Knowledge of plumbing and fire fixtures, fittings , repairs and maintenance
• Knowledge of tools and materials used in the assigned area of responsibility

• Reports to the OM
• Daily operation of rain water harvesting plant
• Daily operation of bore-well
• Ensure testing of water quality
• Monitoring the operations of pumps and sumps
• Monitoring and recording of chiller parameters
• Monitoring chiller pump operations
• Daily inspection of all toilets, risers and exposed pipework and plumbing for leaks
• Coordination with specialist, contractors during any breakdowns
• Undertake planned preventative maintenance tasks allocated by the OM and WBFM
• Attending to plumbing and breakdown calls
• Maintaining routine check list
• Inspection of waste water lines and soil line
• Monitoring daily water consumption and water levels in the storage units
• Recording daily water received( Through tanker lorry , rainwater harvesting plant and from Nairobi water company)
• Implementing various checks and procedures
• Ensure that best operating practice is applied when undertaking maintenance tasks/ repairs
• Maintain a log of expiry dates & replacements of fire extinguishers
• Keep access to fire hydrants / fire hose reel cabinets obstruction free
• Perform minor repairs  to all plumbing fixtures and fittings
