Providing overall leadership of the quality and assurance roles in all operations of the organization.
Developing and implementing ISO quality procedures and policies in all the company’s business lines.
Leading the upgrade of the IT systems and computerization of the company’s operations.
Recommending and acquisition of latest software and IT infrastructure to facilitate the upgrade of the company’s internal and external customer interfaces.
Leading the BusinessAutomation Processes in line with the business strategy.
Managing the companies IT infrastructure including systems, databases, procedures, systems and other documentation in line with current business advancements
Developing a customer service charter to guide all service providers in their interaction with customers.
Establishing and interpreting quality aspects in all projects and assignments carried out by the company.
Championing and leading the ISO Certification process across the whole organization.
Handling client and customer complaints and ensuring customer feedback is incorporated in improvement plans.
Proposing continuous improvement initiatives and championing adoption of kaizen, Lean six Sigma among other business excellence models.
Establishing service level agreements with service providers, suppliers and contractors and ensuring they are followed to the latter.
Any other duty as may be assigned to you from time to time aimed at meeting the general obligations of the company and the general welfare of all staff.
Person Specifications
- An IT qualification at degree level or above
- A professional IT certification such as MCSE, CCNA, A+ etc. essential
- 5 or more years’ experience, exposure in a busy architectural or design/construction company is a clear advantage
- Experience in Business Automated Systems essential
- Exposure and working knowledge of ISO certification and quality control procedures
- Leadership, strong mature personality and demonstrated change agent
- An engineering background is an added advantage
- A business background is desirable
