Hotel Training Manager / HR
A four star hotel in Nairobi is looking for a training manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all training related issues.
They will need to develop employees through all training courses available.
They will coordinate with corporate training personnel and ensure to deliver all corporate courses.

They will control the training budget and make sure the hotel receives the full benefits for all training expenditure.

They will design and conduct courses as per the direction of the policy and prepare relevant reports.

Minimum requirements
  • Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management or relevant discipline
  • Previous hotel experience in any key function for at least 3 years. Additional substantial experience in a training function is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary: 120- 150,000 gross
