National Council of Churches of Kenya, an umbrella organisation for Protestant Churches and Christian Organisations registered in Kenya, invites applications from interested and suitably qualified candidates, to fill the following positions at its newly established Jumuia Coffee House, Nairobi

Restaurant Manager 

Ref: RM – JCS

Reporting to the Operations Manager Resorts and Investment, this position will be responsible for overseeing the operations of Jumuia coffee house with aim of maximizing profitability and return on investment by creating a positive and productive environment, ensure superior guest service and compliance with quality and operational standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Hotel Management
  • 3 years’ experience in a similar position in a busy environment
Other Competencies
  • Demonstrable marketing and public relations competencies
  • Clear financial, human resource and business management capacities
Jumuia Coffee House operates under the umbrella of Jumuia Resorts a chain of medium size hotels managed and operated in a Christian value based environment under the auspices of the National Council of Churches of Kenya  (NCCK).
