We are seeking a highly professional and experienced individual to take up the role of Director of Sales for a new 4 star hotel which is opening in Nairobi.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficiency of the sales department to meet the highest expectation of the hotels terms of sales, profitability and image.
- 5-10 years experience as a sales manager or
- Director of sales in a 4 or 5 star hotel environment
- Minimum age 30- 35 years
- Can provide examples of previous projects that have been successful
Responsibilities
- Establish sales and marketing plans and budgets
- Follows, reviews and improves Sales and Marketing standards and policies
- Manages, coaches, plans and motivates

- Analyses
- Improves and solves problems
Salary: KShs 300,000- 450,000 gross depending on experience
