Our client, a reputable market leader in the business of selling property, plots and real estate solutions to the East African community seeks to recruit a Sales Manager.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing sales, continuously seeking new opportunities and growing customer revenue.
He /she must be able to communicate with the locals in the region.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Managing and coordinating the operations of the branch office
- Marketing and selling the company’s products to potential and existing clients
- Supporting and managing the sales and marketing team
- Developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet the agreed company objectives
- Identifying target markets and developing strategies to communicate with them
- Monitoring and analyzing market trends
- Representing the company in key meetings
- Taking care of company assets such as company vehicle, maintaining mileage log in and narrating the official business done
- Building market position of the company by locating, developing, defining, negotiating and closing business relationships with clients
- Overseeing delivery of 100% sales target through effective planning and maintaining of good customer relationships
Skills and Qualification Required
- Degree/Diploma in Sales & Marketing from a reputable institution
- Excellent Interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Minimum of 5 years hands on experience in sales, 3 of which must be in a management position, experience in real estate market is an added advantage
- Excellent driving skills is a Must
- Ability to work within Budgets
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Conceptual thinking and innovation
- High level of integrity
