Our client, a reputable market leader in the business of selling property, plots and real estate solutions to the East African community seeks to recruit a Business Development Executive.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing sales, continuously seeking new opportunities and growing customer revenue.

He/she must be able to communicate with the locals in the region.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Developing marketing plan and strategies to guide the sales activities
  • Sourcing for new clients
  • Developing customer visit schedules and ultimately taking clients to sites on daily basis or as per the plan
  • Daily reporting / feedback on business done to the supervisor
  • Participating  and contributing towards new products development and aggressive marketing of the same
  • Representing the company in key meetings when authorized
  • Taking care of company assets such as company vehicle, maintaining mileage log in and narrating the official business done
  • Any other duty that maybe assigned
Skills and Qualification Required
  • Diploma in Sales & Marketing / Degree in Marketing from a reputable institution
  • Excellent Interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Minimum 3 years hands on experience in sales, experience in real estate market is an added advantage
  • Excellent driving skills is  a Must
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets
  • Conceptual thinking and  innovation
  • High level of integrity
