Brand Account Management Position

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in International Relations, Public Administration, or International Development among other subject matters;
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Experience and skills in the use of software programs such as MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel;
- Demonstrated effective organizational skills and ability to handle work in a timely manner;
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate tasks to meet deadlines;
- Ability to work in a multicultural, multi-ethnic environment with respect for diversity;
Qualifications:

Essential Functions:
Brand strategy
- Assists Brand Managers in conducting analysis of brand/catalog performance in order to proactively respond to customer needs and achieve company objectives.
- Assists Brand Managers in obtaining market intelligence.
- Teams with Brand Manager and Category Buyers to learn about developing pagination plans and select cover item options for future
- Collaborates with Brand Manager to identify customer needs and solution gaps that lead to the development of products that are unique and exclusive to company marketing efforts.
- Assists Planning as needed.
- Attends interdepartmental meetings
- Maintains regular and predictable attendance and abides by all policies and procedures of of the Company.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Must be enthusiastic to learn and have a desire to gain professional experience
- Proficient oral and written communication skills; strong listening skills
- Ability to follow directions and ask questions if directions are unclear
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to plan, execute and organize projects
- Flexible and can work under the pressures of deadlines.
- Prioritizes multiple tasks.
- Detail oriented and organized.
- Communicates effectively both orally and in written form.

Education
- Must have obtained at least Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
Terms
This position begins as an internship that can lead to a full time position and route towards being an associate or specialist consultant within the firm.
A Ksh 5,000 stipend will be agreed.
The internship runs for 3 months.
