Glacier Products Limited, the manufacturers of ice cream (Dairyland, Mio and Amore) seeks to recruit a Customer Care Representative who will be based in Nairobi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer service procedures and policies for the organisation
- Attending Customers complains and queries
- Dealing with Internal and External Communications
- Maintaining Client Data base
- Managing Customers relations
Requirements
- Bachelors degree/diploma in business related or equivalent
- At least 2 years experience in customer service
- Good verbal/written communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
