Duma Works is recruiting a Sales Manager for one of our clients; a leading real estate firm in Nairobi.
Job Summary
Our client is a Real Estate company incorporated in Kenya to offer solutions in the real estate sector. They therefore help their clients to acquire land for speculation or to build their dream home.
Sales Manager Job Responsibilities
- Ensuring increased sales and revenue generation
- Proactively determining the requirements of the buyer by asking the right kind of questions and seeking answers
- Managing the day to day performance of sales agents/representatives to ensure delivery of set targets
- Constant review of sales performance of the sales agents, to ensure they meet or exceed targets
- Developing clear and focused marketing and sales strategies
- Executing those strategies to a high degree of success
- Establishing a culture that is continually testing new concepts for sales and marketing in a extremely rapid way
Requirements for the Sales Manager Job
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University
- At least 5 years of sales experience in the real estate industry
