Lintons Beauty World is a leading beauty brand in Kenya seeking to champion African Beauty.
We are looking for a HR Assistant.
Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Analyzing all staff time reports
  2. Compiling and updating employee records monthly
  3. Documents processing and preparations of reports related to Staffing, Recruitment, Training and Performance evaluations.
  4. Prepare staff schedules
  5. Coordinate HR projects-Meetings, Trainings, Surveys
  6. Give support on employee requests regarding Policies, Company rules and Regulations
  7. Provide relevant data for payroll processing
  8. Assist in handling Staff Complaints
  9. Follow through new staff orientation
  10. Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates
  11. Process online statutory remittances and ensure Compliance with staff
  12. Communicate with staff on scheduled trainings
  13. Help schedule for performance appraisal
Required Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in HR,
  • Must be a Member of IHRM
Required relevant work experience:
  • 2 years
Required skills: 
  • Personnel administration,
  • Employee guidelines and onboarding;
  • Talent management and planning;
  • Human resource and personnel development.
  • Previous working with HRIS is an added advantage
