Concern Worldwide is an international non-governmental humanitarian organization dedicated to the reduction of suffering and working towards the ultimate elimination of extreme poverty in the world’s poorest countries.
Applications are invited from suitably qualified Kenyan nationals for the following position:
 
Job Title: Grants and Information Manager
Location: Nairobi with Occasional Travel to Mogadishu and Hargeisa
 

 

Duration: Fixed Term Two (2) Year Renewable Contract
 
Job Summary: The incumbent will support the country programme in grants management, programme development, information/communications management and representation in key coordination and advocacy meetings.
S/he will work closely with Programme Managers, the Finance team, the M&E unit and the Dublin-based Desk Officer.
Job Specification:
  • A Degree in Project Management, Development or relevant field.
  • At least live (5) years’ experience with an NGO (at least one year overseas) with experience in developing and managing budgets, donor proposal development and compliance, documenting lessons learned, and developing case studies and communications materials for different audiences
  • Programmatic knowledge of the following sectors: Education, WASH, Health & Nutrition, Livelihoods, Humanitarian Response and Resilience.
