Kindergarten Teacher Job at Alternate Doors

We are hiring for the Kindergarten Teacher positions for our client. The incumbent will specifically be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities for the Kindergaten Teacher Job

• Planning, delivery and evaluation of the schemes of work and lesson plans according to the Montessori curriculum ;
• Coordinating the activities of the class ;
• Planning and coordinating field trip activities as well as evaluating learning;
• Work in collaboration with other Kindergarten staff;
• Teaching, guiding, caring for the Kindergarten children;
• Ensuring resource needs are identified, ordered for and used properly and with accountability;
• Keep abreast with new developments in teaching methods, resources, policies, customer dynamics, needs and expectations;
• Maintaining acceptable discipline among the children;

Qualifications for the Kindergaten Teacher Job

• Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood,
• Diploma in Montessori is a MUST
• Excellent understanding of early childhood
• Effectual team player with good conflict resolution skills
• Excellent communication and Organization skills
• Diplomacy and ability to maintain cordial relations with parents
• High level of confidentiality with basic first aid skills
• Clear understanding of the teacher’s role in customer service and marketing of the School
• The subject of the email should clearly read Kindergarten Teacher.
