Programme Associate Job at Strathmore Business School
Job Purpose
Support the Country Director in the marketing effort, talent partner initiatives, sending emails and making phone calls to potential participants and any task that will enable the Director meet potential clients and convert them into actual sales and participants.
Responsibilities for the Programme Associate Job
- Manage the budgets, targeting a minimum of 30% net surplus.
- Take over and follow-up with any discussions started by the Country Director with the other Departments in the Business School
- Responsible for managing the Faculty: materials, contracts, claim forms, payments
- Manage materials requested by both the Faculty and Participants.
- Be in-charge of pre-program, program (in session) and post-program administration.
- Work closely with the Quality Assurance Department in preparation of files and any other materials.
- Identify suppliers and negotiate procurement terms with the guidance of the Country Director.
- Ensure smooth functionality of office operations (including cost cutting measures) and a smart filing system.
- Organizing and managing the Country Director’s diary and appointments with respect to partnerships & attending these meetings with the Country Director.
- Analyze the results to ensure that the agreements put in place are organizational mission centric, strategic in enabling the brand footprint in Rwanda.
- Deputize the CD whenever called upon or deemed necessary.
Qualifications for the Programme Associate Job
- Rwandan National,
- University graduate,
- Minimum of 2 year relevant working experience in a University or other learning institutions
- Team player, with ability to work with different departments within a learning institution and faculty,
- Should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite,
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,
- Organizational, interpersonal, communication skills and attention to detail.
