Job Summary.

To plan and carry out all sales activities on assigned accounts or areas. Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and managing quality of product and service delivery.

Responsibilities for the Sales Executive Job

  • Supporting the sales and business development manager in the day-to-day operations;
  • Generate and close on sales leads as per the set targets;
  • Generating revenue and acquiring customers
  • Schedule sales activity;
  • Managing current accounts and communicating with existing clients;
  • Plan and conduct direct marketing activities;
  • Make sales calls to new and existing clients;
  • Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships follow up on sales activity
  • Promoting Product Awareness;
  • Sales process and pipeline management;
  • Carry out market research and surveys;
  • Devise creative, “out-of-the-box” ideas and implement them
  • Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development

Qualifications for the Sales Executive Job

  • Knowledge of relevant computer applications
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of sales
  • Knowledge of customer service principles
  • Knowledge of basic business principles
  • Experience in sales
  • Experience in making presentations
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets
  • Bachelor’s degree in any business-related field (Marketing/Public relations)
