WE is seeking an experienced full-time Manager to join our team in East Africa.

The Manager will educate and empower the in-country team, the fly-in facilitation team, and work close with the WE Charity East Africa team to provide life changing experiences to youth, families and corporations.

The Manager will be responsible for ensuring the East Africa program is of the utmost quality with the highest attention of detail given to risk management and the safety while crafting an educational experience for our staff and participants.

The position is based out of ME to WE’s office in Nairobi, Kenya with frequent travel to the Mara region in Kenya, as well as Tanzania.

Key Competencies Required for the Coordination & Internal Communications Job

• Bachelor’s degree in any related discipline
• MINIMUM Five (5) years in a progressive in Communication /PR.
• Good communication skills and Leadership skills
• Strong willed, Mature with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent Planning, organizing, results and quality oriented analytical thinking.

• Act as a strong ambassador for WE Charity in East Africa, with expert knowledge on the projects in country
• Occasionally facilitate trips during the shoulder season, especially high profile
