Vacancy: Chief Executive Officer

Our Organization is an international non-profit making pharmaceutical NGO registered in Kenya whose scope is supply of medicines and medical materials to Non-governmental humanitarian bodies, government purchase centers and foreign missions.

General responsibilities / Duties

• Coordinating activities between the different departments
• Defining and developing strategic activities and submitting them to the board for approval
• Ensuring compliance of standard procedures
• Administration and Human resources
• Preparing overall budget and submit it to the board for approval
• Regular follow-up and analysis on financial position
• Overseeing overall policies and follow-up activities including: procurement strategy, management of stock, marketing strategy.

Skills & Competencies

• Master in Business & Administration
• At least 5 years work experience in the related field
• Excellent oral and written skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
