Mwea Rice Growers Multipurpose Co-operative Society with its core businesses in the rice value chain is looking for an energetic General Manager, resilient, self motivated, creative, with excellent, communication and interpersonal relation skills, a strategist and a good planner, with excellent priority, goals and standards setting skills, ICT proficient, excellent risk management skills and someone whose greatest driving force is organizational growth / transformation and ready to work in a rural agricultural based Organization.

•  A degree in Commerce or Agri- business.
• Any other relevant degree plus CPA II.

Age: 30 to 45 years.

Experience: 2 years in top management position(s)
