In our effort to increase the productivity and profitability of our farmers, Sidai Africa Kenya Limited is embarking on an on-farm support program.
This will entail value adding and commercially sustainable farm visits by suitable and qualified technical professionals. Each technical field professional will be in charge of specified regions and objectives.
Applications are invited for the following exciting positions from qualified Veterinarians,? ? livestock technicians and agronomists:
1. Regional Farm Developers
7 Positions
Requirements
- Degree in Veterinary medicine, animal health, Agriculture, Agri-extension or horticulture
- At least 2 years experience in technical sales
- Practical livestock or crop husbandry experience
- Supervisory and territory management experience
- Valid driving licence
2. Area Farm Developers
30 livestock positions
Requirements
- Certificate, diploma or degree in animal health or veterinary medicine
- Qualified and experienced in A.I. and livestock vaccination
- Willingness to learn and work under minimal supervision.
- At least 6 months experience in commercial extension.
- Valid motorcycle riding licence
3. Area Farm Developers
15 crop positions
Requirements
- Certificate, diploma or degree in Agriculture, Agri-extension or horticulture.
- Understanding of good agronomic practices
- Experience in on-farm crop extension.
- Willingness to learn and work under minimal supervision.
- At least 6 months experience in commercial extension.
- Valid motorcycle riding licence
