Granite Capital Limited (GCL) is a financial and realty Solutions Company based at Warwick Centre in Gigiri, UN Avenue Nairobi.

We are looking for 6 Sales Executives to develop our realty side of the business.

Duties and Responsibilities

The Sales Executives will be assigned a target market designed by the company in which they will source business and create partnerships.
Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers
Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes the homes they are visiting.
Negotiating contracts on behalf of the company.
Interview clients and determine what kind of properties they are seeking.
Keeping up with real estate market activity, current market information, fluctuations and providing such analysis to concerned parties
Ensuring any marketing opportunities is effectively translated into sales.
Acting as a direct contact between the company and its existing and potential markets.
Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results according to the company policies.
Developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet the agreed company objectives.
Identifying target markets and developing strategies to communicate with them.
Building market position of the company by locating, developing, defining, negotiating and closing business relationships with clients.

Requirements

Degree in Sales & Marketing from a reputable institution
At least 1+ years’ experience as a Sales Executive in a reputable real estate firm
We are only looking for commissions driven representatives. We offer a very attractive commissions policy
Resourcefulness, initiative, maturity of judgment and tact.
Strong selling and negotiating skills
Ability to meet targets on a quarterly basis
Self-driven persuasive personality with demonstrated ability to work with minimum supervision.
Excellent verbal & Written communication
