1. Property Manager (Nanyuki)

Core Duties
  • Professionally Manage a Property in line with Knight Frank standards
  • Budgeting
  • Undertaking Fixed and CPI reviews and Market property rent reviews
  • Debt collection
  • Lease management
Qualifications and Experience
  • At least three years’ experience in property management
  • Full member of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya
  • Real Estate Agency (REA) membership is an added advantage
  • Bachelor of Arts Degree in Land Economics or Real Estate
Skills and Knowledge
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge in management of a retail property
  • Exceptional ability in tenant and contractor management
  • Excellent report writing skills
  • Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety
2. Senior Valuer
Core Duties
  • Carry out valuation of property in line with international standards
  • Supervise and review valuations done by Assistant Valuers
  • Ensure that Valuation Best Practices and quality control measures are adhered to
  • Carry out Business Development and generate valuation consultancy business
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor of Arts Degree in Land Economics / Real Estate or related field
  • Full member of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya
  • A Registered Valuer with the VRB
  • At least five years’ experience in valuations
Skills and Knowledge
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of valuation of all categories of properties
  • Excellent report writing skills
  • Supervisory skills
  • Excellent communication skills
3. Category Buyer
Core Duties
  • Timely and cost effective purchasing of quality goods and services
  • Ensuring that Specifications, Bill of Quantities and Statements of Works for all maintenance requests capture all the user requirements and are clear
  • Ensuring that engineering/technical tenders are comprehensively scoped to obtain equitable bids and meet the business/operational needs
  • Preparing contracts’ and managing/monitoring service contracts throughout their life cycle
  • Conducts supplier operational assessments and performance evaluations
Qualifications and Experience
  • At least two years’ experience in a similar position
  • Professional diploma in purchasing from a recognized professional body
  • Experience in technical/building and construction commercial procurement is an added advantage
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying
Skills and Knowledge
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of procurement in all categories
  • Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
  • Excellent Communication and organization skills
  • Intellectual curiosity and a self-starter
4. Assistant IT Manager
Core Duties
  • Support of all IT hardware devices
  • Support of software used across the organisation
  • Windows Server Operating Systems
  • Create reports, analyse and interpret data using provided Business Intelligence tools
  • Promptly and on a continuous basis identify and resolve all IT related risks
  • Problem solving
Qualifications and Experience
  • A degree in Information Technology field
  • Certified MCSE
  • CISA
  • CISM
  • Programing knowledge
Skills and Knowledge
  • Organisation skills, Interpersonal skills, Quick learner
5. Caretaker
Core Duties
  • Carrying out building inspections and reporting
  • Carrying out minor repairs
  • Incharge of all building systems, machines and equipment and their maintenance
  • Updating appropriate records and log books for repairs, orders and meter readings
  • Supervising service providers
Qualifications and Experience
  • Higher National Diploma in Building Construction or Higher National Diploma in any related technical field
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in commercial or retail property management
  • Computer literate
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
