Dentist
1 Full Time position
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive patient consultation and dental services, to include cleaning, filing of cavities, straightening teeth, extracting teeth and making models for dentures in case of missing teeth
- Provide oral health education in respect to diet, brushing, flossing, use of fluorides and general hygiene
- Perform corrective surgery on gums and supporting bones to treat gum diseases
- Maintain relevant equipment in terms of routine maintenance, calibration and quality control
- Comply with relevant policies and procedures including but not limited to those related to safety and infection control
Job Requirements:
- Dental Degree of BDS or equivalent
- Registration with the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Board with a current practice license
- Minimum two years working experience in a dental practice
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Person of integrity and a team player, Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Keen on detail with a high level of accuracy, Good leadership and decision making skills
