Altima Africa seeks to recruit a creative, highly organised and entrepreneurial individual to the position of HR Analyst.
The Position: Reporting to the Head of Recruitment and working closely with the Directors, the position holder will be responsible for supporting the Recruitment & HR Consulting divisions.
The Role
- Proposal writing & development of appropriate talent acquisition strategies
- Preparing client presentations for Recruitment and HR Consulting
- Timely and successful execution of assignments
- Execute search assignments to ensure thorough sourcing, identification of best-in-class candidates and conduct comprehensive interviews
- Writing high quality client reports
- Manage candidates’ through-out the entire recruitment process
- Updating online recruitment systems
- Coordinating tasks undertaken with part time consultants
- Compilation of market intelligence reports

The Ideal candidate should:
- Have at least 3 years work experience specifically within Recruitment and General HR
- Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent certification-a must
- University Degree in Business or a related field;
- Project management skills & proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint would be an added advantage.
