Job Title: Head IT & Operations
Profile Introduction: Our client, a leading and fast growing Commercial Bank which targets Micro Finance and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) seeks to engage and hire a Head of I.T & Operations.

The successful candidate will be expected to undertake the following primary responsibilities:
- Align Technology, Operational Procedures & Innovation to Lead the Market;
- Synergize Technology & Operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness;
- Develop process and systems to adequately support the future business growth;
- Provide leadership and guidance to Managers and Employees. Manage and mitigates risk to successful attainment of Operation & IT Strategy;
- Negotiate and administer vendor, outsourcer, and consultant contracts and service agreements; and
- Formulate implement and monitor adherence to policies and procedures in order to provide user friendly guidance in the appropriate use of the bank’s I.T. resources and
- Provide effective and efficient service to our internal and external clients through Develop, maintain and retain a technically and professionally competent staff skilled in current and emerging technologies to maximize business benefits.

Qualifications
- Degree in Business or related field;
- Holder of MBA Degree will be an added advantage and
- At least 7 progressive years’ in I.T & Operations in a fast paced organization, 5 of which must be at Senior Management level.
