Our client, who retails books in various supermarkets is looking to recruit Sales Representatives.
Location: Nairobi
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales at his/her particular branch.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Interact with customers and sell books to them.
- Making orders for books to the head office.
- Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
- Recommending books to customers as per their requests.
- Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; making recommendations to management.
- Maintaining accurate records for the respective deliveries
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Skills & Abilities
- Minimum of a Diploma in Sales and Marketing.
- Good sales experience in similar products
- Ability to stand for long periods of time although there will be breaks.
- Strong communication skills
Remuneration is Ksh 14,000
