We work with public sector institutions to create and deploy performance management models that serve to bridge their performance gaps.

Ladder Consulting is looking for  a seasoned sales personnel with a ‘can do’ attitude to help take the firm to the next level.

Sales Personnel Responsibilities

  • Sourcing for new clients in the public sector
  • Be able to create solid relationships and partnerships with the Public Sector
  • Able to develop and implement an innovative and effective sales strategy
  • Ensure that new business is generated using appropriate media and ensure a high retention rate
  • Follow up on  invoices and ensure payment
  • Identify work opportunities in various media

Skills / Qualifications

  • Self motivated, persuasive communicator able to close sales
  • Understanding of the realities of business with proactive problem solving skills
  • Diligent and focused with a demonstrated track record of success in meeting sales targets
  • Must have integrity and ability to work well in a team
  • Ability to be logical, blended with a touch of creative thinking
  • Ideally, a bachelors degree in business related field
  • Have 2 – 3 years experience in sales
  • Outgoing with a ‘can do attitude”
  • Fast learner, well rounded individual
