Job Title: Test Analyst (Nairobi)
Reporting To: Head of Quality Assurance
Company Profile: Our client is a leading provider of ICT solutions, custom software and networking solutions to the African market.
Job Profile / Purpose: The Test Analyst will provide a full system test to all our clients within the limits of the company’s human resource policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyzing and reviewing requirements and design documents and ensuring they are understood
- Participating in creating of test plans
- Preparing test scenarios
- Analyzing test cases
- Performing and adhering to what is outlined in the test strategy and test plan
- Preparing test environment and performing smoke tests of the environment to ensure accuracy
- Preparing test data to use during execution
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Strong analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Good knowledge of computer systems
Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
- Advanced diploma in computer studies
- Degree in computer science is an added advantage
- Should have at least 3 years experience in a similar role
