• Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing the end to end relationship with a given 3PL;
• Responsible for ensuring the performance of the given 3PL meets expectations;
• Ensures daily follow-up with the given 3PL so as to monitor performance;
• Ensures that the package status for the given 3PL is correctly updated on a daily basis;
• Responsible for training 3PL agents at our pick up points (hubs);
• Ensures daily financial reconciliation of orders fulfilled by the given 3PL partner;
• Responsible for the preparation and timely submission of daily and weekly reports on 3PL performance.
