The candidate should possess some of the following attributes:
- Experience in FMCG sector marketing, customer and/or public relations of which 4 years at a senior role.
- Ability to interact and connect with wide variety of people from different cultural backgrounds.
- Elegant but impactful Negotiation skills with efficient communication.
- Chic appearance that reflects the relaxed premium image of the products.
- Fluent in English, colloquial in Kiswahili.
- Multitasking ability with wherewithal to create & lead a strong, focussed & enthusiastic team from scratch.
- Ability to organise/collaborate in sporting and entertainment events.
- Target orientated, tough but fair taskmaster that expects dedication from the team while maintaining an enjoyable work environment.
