Roles and Responsibilities
- Should have accounting knowledge
- Has experience in credit control and is able to call and follow up on outstanding debts Well organized and professional
- Able to design his own reports about debt to give to the management
- Allocating payments in accordance with customer remittances.
- Processing and generating reminder letters and monthly statements.
- Liaising with the sales and accounts receivable teams to resolve outstanding queries
- Ensuring that all major accounts work to agreed order to cash cycle.
- Daily and month end reporting and account reconciliations.
- Investigating and resolving queries relating to nonpayment of invoices.
- Working to strict monthly and annually collections targets
Requirements
- Business Related degree majoring in credit/accounting, CPA Part II,
- Good Communication Skills, Self-driven and able to meet targets
- At least 3yrs work experience.
Starting salary: KES 60K
