Job Details: This position exists in an international NGO which has an extensive support network countrywide.
The selected candidate will plan, develop and implement corporate strategies aimed at enhancing its mandate and improving service delivery to its stakeholders.
Duties will be to provide leadership and direction to a vibrant and highly participatory team and enhance policies, systems and procedures aimed at raising the efficiency and effectiveness of the NGO.
In addition, he/she will handle budgeting, fundraising and revenue generating activities and manage communication and public relations channels.
We invite applications from University graduates who preferably hold an MBA and who have over ten years experience in the management and coordination of programs, fundraising and public relations preferably gained in the NGO sector.
High integrity, excellent leadership and organisational, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills are key qualifications for this post.
