Duties and responsibilities
Two rescue boats purchased by Department of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries.
They will be operating along the Waa – Vanga beach on rescue operations.
Requirements for appointment:
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must;
- Be a Kenyan citizen above 18 but not exceeding 40 years.
- At least have a KCPE certificate
- Must have a certificate of competence as a coxswain from Kenya Ports Authority (KPA)
- Knowledge of first aid skills and certificate of good conduct.
