Preference for:
- Building economics degree/higher diploma in building and civil engineering / quantity surveying;
- Self-driven, excellent communicator with strong organisation skills;
- Demonstrable ability to handle multiple tasks and work with minimum supervision.
- young, dynamic and results oriented individual with 2 – 3 years’ experience of:
- preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities and other documents with the designers and/or the client;
- undertaking costs analysis for project work and providing advice and forecasts about costs;
- assisting in establishing a client’s requirements and undertaking feasibility studies;
- preparing and analysing costings for tenders;
- providing advice on contractual arrangements and claims;
- valuing completed work and following up on payments in liaison with the accounts team;
- Experience in interior design construction will be an added advantage.
