About the Position
The Machine Assistant will be one of the founding members of our company’s new team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to put their skills to work in a light manufacturing role.
Goals and Responsibilities
Run a Fibre Production Line
- Unpack bales of fiber and load them into a fiber opening machine
- Accurately weigh and fill bags of fiber for retail and wholesale
- Load and unload goods from lorries
- Prepare and pack client orders for shipment
- Assist with other basic tasks around the warehouse, including cleaning
- KCSE certificate holder
- A minimum of 2 years prior work experience in any relevant position
- Comfortable lifting and moving heavy objects
- Strong professional references available
- Eager to join a young, quickly-growing organization and team
